The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was voted by the European Parliament in 2018. This is a regulation adopted by the European Parliament which strengthens the protection of individuals with regard to personal data within the European Union.

You have the right to access, modify and to erase you personnal datas ; all you have to do is to ask at the email adress dpo@bnu.fr. You can also object to the processing of your data and you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the CNIL). Who has access to my data?
Only the agents assigned to the operation of the Numistral platform have access to your data. We do not pass on or share this data with any third party organisation.

The audience measurement tool, Xiti
In order to optimise the service provided and to improve Numistral, an audience measurement tool is used. Concerned about the protection of your personal data, we have chosen Xiti (AT Internet) which is a tool validated and recommended by the CNIL (for more information on the CNIL recommendations).
The data we collect is only used to improve our platform and to respond efficiently to your requests.
